Professional Development

I went to professional development at Saginaw Valley University which was a waste of time.  While there I think I was food poisoned.  That night when I got home I felt achy and I had a head ache. I felt aweful like fluish.  Today, when I got to work my co-workers that had went to the professional development with me said they felt achy too. I don't know what we ate at the university but whatever it was we all felt sick.
